Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by Wright Garage & Recovery and to bookings and enquiries made through this website.

Quotes and estimates

Prices given before inspection are estimates. If additional work is needed we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Bookings

Online requests are enquiries, not confirmed appointments. A booking is confirmed once we have spoken to you or replied to confirm a slot. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange.

Recovery and transport

Recovery times are given in good faith and can be affected by traffic, weather and demand. Vehicles must be legally owned by you or moved with the owner's permission. Loose items left in a vehicle are carried at your own risk.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work or on delivery of a recovered vehicle unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until payment for work carried out has been made.

Parts and workmanship

Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. Customer-supplied parts are fitted at your risk and are not covered by us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
